Homemade Chocolate Ice-cream

Ingredients:
  • 500 ml of whipping cream
  • 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
  • 240 gm dark chocolates
  • Your favorite nuts or berries for toppings

Procedure:
  • Put the dark chocolate in bowl and put it inside the microwave oven for 30 seconds. Take it out, mix it up well and put it back into the microwave for another 30 seconds. You can repeat this process until the chocolate is completely melted.
  • Pour the whipping cream and the condensed milk in a bowl and mix them properly with the help of blender.
  • Then, put the melted chocolate in that bowl and blend them properly until the mixture is sufficiently thick.
  • After that, transfer the mixture in a container, seal it up and and put it into the freezer for about 5 to 6 hours.
  • Now take it out of the fridge, scoop it up and decorate it with your favorite nuts or berries.
